Background: For the past twelve years, Dreamcatcher has successfully taught reading, spelling, math, writing, critical thinking and study skills to learners of all ages. Using Direct Instruction, a research-validated, learner-verified curriculum, we guarantee an increase of one grade level for every 30 hours of one to one or small group instruction. All of our teachers are certified in Direct Instruction, and are either graduate students, elementary, secondary, or retired teachers.
Client Population: We teach fundamental skills to children and adults who have not been successful in learning. Our Direct Instruction programs have been effective for people with dyslexia, auditory and visual processing conditions, for slow learners, disadvantaged Intellectual disability, gifted learning disability, indigenous acquired brain injury, language disability, deaf behavioural disorders, Autism spectrum, ADHD, and English language learners.
