Jeremy Dion is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Play Therapist, Music Therapist, award-winning singer/songwriter, and professional musician. He has been working professionally with children, adolescents, adults and families since 1999.
Specializing in providing experiential play therapy to children who are dealing with a range of issues including those related to self-esteem, divorce, aggression, ADD/ADHD, impulse control and more, Jeremy's approach is non-directive. This model empowers children as they systematically regulate their nervous systems and move back into harmony.
Jeremy also works with teenagers as they navigate the many challenges of adolescence. He addresses specific topics such as anger management, sexuality, substance abuse, academics, and relationships.
Additionally, Jeremy provides counseling to individual adults, couples, and families. With a degree in Transpersonal Counseling, Jeremy is often assisting clients in discovering their own unique purpose and overcoming the roadblocks to pursuing it. He is currently working towards becoming a Licensed Addictions Counselor.
A a graduate school professor at Naropa University, Jeremy has private practice offices in Louisville and Frisco. In his spare time Jeremy is a parent and a singer-songwriter whose progressive folk music is becoming nationally recognized. He can be seen touring throughout Colorado, the Bay Area, the Pacific Northwest and New England.
